My ebay shipping labels have suddenly decided to start printing vertically instead of horizontally. Has anyone else experienced this problem today?

I'm using an HP DeskJet 3700 printer but I'm connected to it wirelessly. I see no way to change the option to print horizontally when I go to print. Maybe it's time to invest in a thermal imaging printer...

I changed the setting to: PDF, 8 1/2 X 11, w / receipt. Added the receipt which I don't use. I waste the same amount of "label stock" as I would printing two small ones.

HOPE eBay gets this FIXED SOON.

I figured it out...
Yes, I just printed today's 8 labels 2/page like before the mixup.

My printers: Brother laserjet
Paper Size: 8.5x11
Label Size: 8.5 x 5.5 (two per page)

Steps:
1. Download / Save the label(s) as pdf (screenshot 1)

2. Open the pdf, then go to print, assuming all settings like before..
3. Under Page Setup, Select 2 Pages per side (instead of 1). (screenshot 2)

You may wish to print on blank regular paper first to test one or two labels before using actual label paper in case things don't work out as planned.
But that's how I did it, save as pdf, open that, go to print and under Page Setup select TWO pages per side.

I am having exactly the same problem that started yesterday. I checked the formatting option and it is correct and prints the sample correctly, but it will not print a label horizontally for the Avery 18126 labels. eBay has changed something that needs to be fixed.

Yes I printed three labels this morning with same issue. Also I tried to print a fourth label and received a message saying unable to generate label. I placed a call with support. Good Luck

The saving to PDF option worked for me. I opened them with Microsoft Edge, and then after hitting print, went to "more settings" and changed pages per sheet to 2 instead of 1. Someone needs to fix this problem ASAP- there is no reason why we should have to go through so many steps to print labels.

Very grateful to have stumbled on this after 2 hours of being extremely frustrated and not being able to figure out what the heck is going on. Thought it was just me. What a pain! I am sitting here with 20 labels to print. C'mon eBay, let's get this fixed!!!

I finally got PO'd and packed something into a bigger box and used the full 8 1/2 x 11 label.

Give us a friggen break, eBay.

Thank you for the suggestion! I tried what you said just now. Under Page Setup I selected two pages per side and I did get one label to print but it is huge! I think it will cut off part of the bar code on the top of the label. I really need to shrink the size of the address label. I read your second note but am unable to change any of my other printer settings as my daughter connected my laptop to my printer via e-print only. This is different than wireless printing. With e-printing, I print by attaching a pdf file of what I want to print to an email that I send to a specific HP email address unique to my printer. But if nothing else I will use your method and see if somehow I can make it work. Hopefully ebay will fix this issue soon! Thanks again for your help; I appreciate it.

I can open a pdf and then "print to file" (enter a file name), doing it that way I can select 2 per page...
With e-printing, it should then be possible to attach the file you printed to since that is also a pdf...

Granted I do have a printer driver, but I still think you should be able to print to file.
Basically taking the original 1-per-page pdf and making it a 2-per-page, then send that to your e-printer email (or how that works).

This is so frustrating. Just started out of nowhere. I have a ton of things to send out but the top of the print gets cut off and the rest gets sliced down the middle. Why suddenly change something that isn't broken?
