Shipping labels now suddenly printing vertically instead of horizontally

My ebay shipping labels have suddenly decided to start printing vertically instead of horizontally.  Has anyone else experienced this problem today?

I'm using an HP DeskJet 3700 printer but I'm connected to it wirelessly.  I see no way to change the option to print horizontally when I go to print.  Maybe it's time to invest in a thermal imaging printer...

Will someone from EBAY respond to this issue about when its going to be fixed? This is a MAJOR stumbling block for sellers who ship everyday.

My printer sounds like it is printing but not getting anything. I have to take a screenshot and resize and print. Printer does good from screenshots.

Too much trouble.

Follow up: The issues that I was having appear to be resolved today 3/17/21 St. Patrick's Day.

My labels were printing only one to a page and in the top corner of the page with no proper borders. Back to normal now...2 labels to a page with a nice border around each one. Just thought I'd share that.
