I printed out a shipping label and instead of $22.65 ( which was what buyer paid ) it charged me only $16.30. I noticed the discrepancy after taping it up. Is there a way to adjust it and print a new label?
I opted to pay using my paypal before funds were available. Not sure if that has anything to do w it

Likely the $22.65 was buyer cost for 5# to zone 8, and the $16.30 was you "online" discounted shipping cost.

Since the label shows the money spent, the buyer could notice it and give you guff. But, I would just 'run' with it. In the future, there is a box you can check when purchasing a label that says 'hide cost' (paraphrasing). I would use it if I were you (I always have).
For the same reason that another has started a thread about 'I paid $24 and label was only $13!!' blah blah but know that ebay charges their fee on the shipping (figure 15%); the cost of the packing materials, label, ink etc. all adds up (as well as a seller can charge a couple $$ for 'handling' which is basically the 'time/labor' to pack a product for shipping.

If you are concerned that the buyer may be outraged at the $ amount shown for postage you can "cancel" the label before it is scanned, and purchase another label without the postage shown as suggested by stainless.
Refund for a canceled unused label will take 2-3 weeks.

An alternate option @yooner-ama is to use "reprint" and download a PDF of the label - then open it in your photo editor and white out the price then print. No need to go through label cancellation process and buy a new one.
Both are valid options, depending what you're more comfortable with.
