I need to sell my item to buyer who won bid on ebay. The buyer send me pending payment through PayPal and asked me to ship item and send him tracking number. After tracking number is received my money funded as the agreement says on PayPal . Can I ship my item or not without fully received payment please?

Have you actually logged into your PayPal account to confirm that a payment has been received? Does PayPal say ok to ship? When was this sale made? I don't see any sales on this ID.

Probably a scam since you should be in Managed Payments by now.

If the sale was through eBay, then eBay will tell you when to ship. You don't ship before then. Regardless of what the buyer may say about PayPal™, your payment is going to come from eBay and they're not going to pay you until they've gotten the money from PayPal™.

If you ship before then, the likely result will be that you will be out your money and out your item.

Please keep it as simple as possible,

You listed your item on eBay therefore eBay and eBay alone can or will tell you what you do.

After item is sold and PAID for through eBay you will have an order in " Awaiting dispatch or Awaiting shipment"

If you are not in manage payments and your listings are connected to your PayPal account then order will still appear in "Awaiting dispatch/ Shipment".

Check your PayPal account to see if you have received a payment from this buyer , check transaction details to see that name and address here matches your buyer's delivery address on eBay.

If you have order in awaiting dispatch/ shipment then you are required to dispatch the item and upload tracking number otherwise you do not dispatch / ship.

in case you were asked by your buyer to provide them with your PayPal account for payment of your item and you did provide this information then you are at risk and my advice would be to refund buyer through payment you received in PayPal and advice the buyer to make payment through his order on eBay.

That sounds like a fairly common scam that people run against inexperienced sellers.

Is the payment in your PayPal account? If not, then the buyer hasn't paid you.

What is the item number of the auction? I don't see anything in your history.

It doesn't work like that.

PayPal nor eBay requires tracking. It's not mandatory. It will release a payment when tracking shows delivered if you are an established seller with 25 sales and you've been selling for at least 90 days. Otherwise, you're payment is held by eBay for 21 days, tracking or no tracking. If you sell something over $1000 the payment is held for 21 days PERIOD.

I have a feeling you gave your PayPal information to a scammer who said kindly text me so I can pay........

They don't need any information or help from you to pay for an item. What they do is send you a fake payment with a message telling you the money is released when you provide a tracking number. THEY'RE TRYING TO GET YOU TO SHIP ALTHOUGH YOU HAVEN'T BEEN PAID. It's a very common scam targeted at inexperienced sellers who list an expensive item. What were you selling? eBay tells you when to ship, not PayPal.

And 'log into your paypal account' means do NOT click on any links in the email to log in - go directly to paypal to log in.

NEVER click on any links in emails.
