Shipping from Puerto Rico

Hello. Ive been trying for 4 days now to purchase a shipping label to send a package to the US without any success. Im located at Puerto Rico. Ebay posts a message saying “return province not valid”. Can someone help me troubleshoot this? I know it can be done because I know 2 friends who have sold multiple items and sent to the US buying the labels from ebay.

Are you sure you are entering the USPS approved province name? Go to USPS.com and do a search for "Look up ZIP code" then enter your ZIP code with no other information. it will give you the USPS approved formats.

Failing that, there are a lot of people on the mainland who see Puerto Rican addresses listed with Puerto Rico as the country when in fact it should be PR as the STATE and USA as the coubtry.

Again, double check your formatting.

Re: Shipping from Puerto Rico

I've had trouble shipping to PR if the buyer lists that in the country part of the address instead of the state. Properly formatted it works just fine.

How can you ship Ground Advantage from Puerto Rico?  Isn't it an island?  To me Ground Advantage means it will stay on land.  Have you tried to buy Priority?

Ground means "surface transportation" which means by truck or by ship @toysaver .
