Shipping delayed with red text

I ordered a PS4 game internationally a week ago and things were going into today where I get this: Not only was my order delayed to two weeks but where it says “Shipped to You” now is highlighted in red and has a red exclamation mark. What does this mean as I never had this problem before and should I be concerned/worried?

Just means the package is still moving, but running late.
