Hello, eBay sent me a message about the Shipping Performance Policy — Item Not Received Rate.

I sell a few products per month, about 10 products. But soon I will get a lot of high quality products so I decided to ask. Does this policy mean that if only one case is opened, a product that does not arrive(Case closed in favor of the seller), And I sell 10 products a month I will have problems on my account? Just because a buyer opened a case a product did not arrive . After I read the eBay policy, I decided to contact a community. I hope to get an answer as accurate as possible. Thank you very much.

Apparently it is. I have a similar situation with international shipping. US, UK, DE, AU costs 0 everywhere, but 2 cases have been opened internationally and I no longer meet the criteria. It seems to me that I will now have to close international shipping for customers, especially in those countries where there is little sales and problems with customs or logistics.
