While reviewing my recent transactions, I noticed the shipping price a buyer paid is much lower than what I paid for the label. Please see attached screen grabs (original listing + order details). The buyer paid only $4.84 compared the the $10.21 I paid to print the label. Is anyone else noticing blatant discrepancies? Might be a bug.

Thanks man, I appreciate you trying to help. Some of the staff here are overly aggressive, like it's their little honeycomb hideout. The eBay platform is chockful of issues and management's aware of it. Time to hire genuine software QA, who's focused on reproducing bugs, not stacking badges and gaslighting end-users who dare to question.

Can you "copy" one of your comic listings "that is listed correctly" and add the photos and details into the copied (draft) listings that are causing a problem?
I don't know if anyone else asked, and maybe I forgot, but what category are the problem listings in?

when you view a calculated shipping amount, it is based on your location in relation to the location viewer (in this case you are the viewer at your own location ZIP 92564 to 92564
If a New Yorker looks at your item (10012), the price would reflect CA to NY (92564 to 10012)

Weight / dim are not integrated into policies @monica-sells .

No one who responded to you on this thread is "staff" or an ebay employee.
We understand your frustration but it doesn't give you an excuse to be mean, snarky and aggressive. You're getting free help and advice from other years long sellers who have experience and have worked through the same or similar issues.
And in most cases like yours it's user error and not a glitch.
You need to either end or revise those listings that advertise priority shipping in which buyers are paying ground advantage prices since you aren't allowed to downgrade the shipping service you offered.

@Anonymous wrote:I can select USPS Ground Advantage, however, weight and package dimensions will not apply. When I input 7oz and 9 x 11 x 1 and hit Apply, those fields revert back to 8oz and 15 x 12 x 1. I'm not going with that.
I'm not sure why that's not taking your changes, I have a few thoughts, however:
The rate is the same for those 2 package weight/sizes so it won't affect the Ground Adv rate if you use the higher numbers. Therefore, because this is only happening on one listing and not your others, you can go along with it and not waste time trying to diagnose or fix. Just don't "sell similar" from that listing in the future.

You do realize we are not eBay staff right? Just fellow eBay sellers and buyers......

brain cramp....of course I meant the class of service (shipping options) is integrated into the policy....
Thanks for the correction......
