While reviewing my recent transactions, I noticed the shipping price a buyer paid is much lower than what I paid for the label. Please see attached screen grabs (original listing + order details). The buyer paid only $4.84 compared the the $10.21 I paid to print the label. Is anyone else noticing blatant discrepancies? Might be a bug.

That listing was set up with a flat rate of $4.84 for Priority Mail to any US ZIP Code. There is no Priority Mail service which costs so little. You might want to check your other listings to make sure that you have calculated shipping in place.

No bug here, but you are charging <$5 shipping priority mail. There is no $5 priority mail to anywhere in the US. Better pause your listing, check on your shipping charges, verify them, and re-post.

"Might be a bug."
Might be an operator error

Its going to cost at least $7-8 to ship those priority mail within just California

No bug - you have entered a Media Mail rate as the flat rate for a variable Priority Mail service.

That is so bizarre. I never use Flat Rate, nor indicated a dollar amount when posting the items. Shouldn't Flate Rate be indicated on the auction listing?

Do a "sell similar" and see how you set up the listings.

Comic books do not qualify for media mail.

The 2 books that day were both set for flat rate for some reason...it looks like most your other ones are calculated......make sure you have this option correct

I used to see that when posting my books, but for some reason now it looks like this. I am so confused and need to speak with someone on the phone that can walk me through this. The agent I spoke with last time agreed the UI isn't very user friendly at all. And I have to say, it really sucks when support "Rockstars" show up and add nothing of substance to a legit request for help. @lakefor94, thanks for nothin'.

@west.coast.collectables Your account was opted in to using business policies.
Business policies help me keep my sanity. Manage and edit them (or disable them to go back to how you used to set up your listings) on this page.
Once you set up your shipping policies and name them so you can easily identify them, you can go to your active listings and bulk edit to assign your new policies.
After the initial mess of policies that are created when you first sign up are no longer tied to active listings, you can delete them.
It takes a little time and work to set it up, but in my opinion it's well worth it.

I'm not clear on the package weight and dimensions?? I'm seeing one example with 16lbs 15 oz. 16x12x8", and another example with blanks for the package weight and dimensions.
What are the correct comic book dimensions and weights?

That is so rude! You came here looking for help from strangers who owe you nothing then you insult those who try to help. Shame on you @west.coast.collectables
