Shipping Issues

So I got this idea that I would try International sales and went in to my account to change shipping preferences.  It won't work. It just keeps loading, but doesn't complete. I tried to list an item and some bizarre combo of letters and numbers is showing up in the shipping tab on the listing.

We're going to need more details to assist @pickinnana3 :

• Do you set up shipping manually for each listing or do you choose from existing shipping policies?
• Are you enrolled in eBay International Shipping (EIS)?
• Were you trying to offer direct shipping options like USPS International?
• Which page keeps loading? The listing form? Business policies page?
• Can you provide the item number that's showing "some bizarre combo of letterrs and numbers" in the shipping tab on the listing and post a screenshot?
