Shipping Fees

Is there a way to add a fixed percentage of the actual shipping costs in the shipping quote that shows with the item price? In that, if the actual cost for me in shipping fees to a particular carrier (eg UPS) are $100, can I add a handling fee and percentage of that $100 to the cost shown to buyers? I see where I can offer a fixed percentage off the non-discounted rate, but I am looking to add it in to what I am actually paying to eBay. Thanks!

List with calculated shipping and then add a fixed handling fee in each of your listings.  The handling fee will not show as a separate fee but rather just be added to the calculated shipping cost.

That option would be very useful but alas it's not available. You can give buyers a selected percentage OFF of the calculated shipping, but you can't add a percentage, which I agree would be a very handy way to build a handling fee.
