Shipment issue with SpeedPAK

So I bought a paintball mask back in November of 2020, and now it’s 16 of February of 2021 and the shipment still hasn’t arrived, in fact it got returned to a facility in Alexandria because Ebay put my address mixed with code in it on the parcel

I can’t find or contact the facility, Australia post can’t help, the seller says he can’t get them to reship it to the right address

and I can’t understand Chinese to both understand their website and their phone line, not to mention they haven’t responded to either of my emails I sent, (one was 3 ish weeks ago) and another today, apparently it’s being delivered today but I still haven’t gotten a new tracking number for AUS post and their tracking number has t changed since 16 of December last year

You are being strung along until your MBG protection runs out. You won't get the item, and if you wait too long you won't get your money back. If the Estimated Delivery Date has passed, file an INR. Do not mess around communicating with Chinese sellers in cases like this.  It won't get you anywhere.
