I have an order in Ebay, went to the Shipping section and click "print label." Several times I clicked it and it won't open up a label. I have to go to Pirate ship and ship. Not ebay.
Is this a glitch??? I checked the payment options. What does it mean "paying with your pending payouts?" in Select how to pay?
Update: I can ship. After five clicks it finally opened up a label. Resolved.

er, um, uh, some unsolicited advice and probably unwanted and just plain irritating too. 😇
But you are a TRS and when you hit a glitch with eBay shipping you are stuck? Huh? These glitches with the label printing happen ALL of the time, we see posts like that every week if not daily. So not being able to print a label can have an effect on your business - late shipping metrics, buyer dissatisfaction...
So it is a business problem - why not set up a "back up" plan so that glitches don't stop you dead in the water?
Stamps.com
PayPal Shipnow
Pirateship
Just saying.

You are in Managed Payments. Instead of paying for your shipping labels using Paypal, they can be paid with your pending payouts, so the FVF and shipping label cost will be deducted from pending payouts and the balance is deposited into your checking account.

If you use USPS, the problem lies in the new constraints. Not only did they raise their rates, they also limited the weight and dimensions for "First Class Mail." Before, you'd be able to ship this method for anything under a pound. Now, it's got to be 13oz or under, and it can't have a dimension over 1".
If you get the error message, it doesn't tell you why.... Click on the more expensive method and BOOM, it's up & running again!
It's kind-of like economy shipping method censorship--forcing you to use the more costly means...

Not sure what you are talking about? Are you experiencing a glitch in the Shipping Calculator or When buying labels?
Nothing has changed as far as weights for USPS First Class Packages. The weight limit is still 15.999 ounces for labels purchased through a Commercial account: eBay, PayPal, Stamps.com, PirateShip. Where the 13 ounce limit exists is when you are purchasing FCP through retail methods.
Yes, USPS raises shipping rates EVERY YEAR and the other shipping companies follow suit. It's normal regular thing.
If you could supply some more detail perhaps we could give a better answer.
