Ship Station problems voiding shipment

Ebay offers only one choice for shipping....Ship Station.  I use it for Ebay and also for MarketPlace shipping.  Today I produced and paid for a shipping label and realized after printing it out that there was no delivery confirmation on the label.  In the past, delivery confirmation is present.  In MP, I cannot complete and order without delivery confirmation.  I tried to void the label but find that SS has a new policy that 1st class envelope shipments cannot be voided or refunded!!  What the heck?  I know this is a new policy because I ship almost daily via Ship Station.  I never received a notification that SS was changing their shipping policy.  I charge all of my shipping to my Discover card so I will contest this charge if Ebay rules against me.  Has anyone had this problem with Ship Station?

I dont really understand your question

what does ship station have to do with ebay

ebay uses ebay shipping

you can use any shipping you want to use

you are not required to use ship station if you dont want to

And eBay shipping shown on the listing is through USPS, UPS or FedEx.
