The title of my post says it all. I accidentally entered an incorrect shipping weight into my product description. When I click on “Revise listing” it doesn’t allow me to change the shipping weight. (The buyer won’t care about this, since I’m offering free shipping.)
My concern is that when the auction ends, the shipping label generated by eBay will be incorrect, based on my incorrect shipping weight in the product description. Or will I be able to enter the correct weight when I’m creating the shipping label? If so, then I won’t worry about the incorrect shipping weight in my product description, since it doesn’t affect the buyer.

You can always change weight/dimensions when you print the label..........
But altho it wouldn't apply to a "free shipping" item, you cannot change it from a higher shipping level to a lower.....i.e. you offer priority only.......you can't change it to first class. You can go from lst class to priority even tho the listing had only first class as an option.
hope that makes sense.
