I ordered item for Jeep. But the seller asked to pay extra 100 usd for shipping. I declined and asked refund. Now seller tells lie that send the item back. But the seller even didin't send the item. Now they are lieing. You can find messages in email tracker. Please feel respons and solve this problem. Because they are playing with big money. I want my money back all amount.

Go to your Purchase History
Look at the Estimated Delivery Date
If that date has passed, use the drop-down menu next to the item and select "I have not received this item"

If the seller does not respond, then you can ask ebay to step in on the 4th day.

If it has been over 30 days since the Delivery Date passed, you can file a case with PayPal or your Credit Card, depending on how you paid

You must have opened the wrong type of case. If you asked for "return" . . on ebay that means "return the item sent" rather than "return my money".
Has the estimated delivery date passed? If so, go to the Resolution Center at the bottom of this page.
Open a case for Item Not Received. You can't open a case until the day AFTER the estimated delivery date.

As mentioned, this is a member to member discussion board. You will probably need to open an INR dispute if the item hasn't arrived by the last day of the estimated delivery period.
