Seller's internation FedEx label has a tracking number that FedEx cannot find.

I have a package being returned to Japan. The seller posted the return label. I dropped off the package at a local fedex drop center. Now, the fedex tracking number cannot be found by Fedex. I went back to the location where I dropped it off (I saw them scan the package) they nor fedex has no record of this international tracking number.

Enter the tracking number at parcelsapp.com @raymondjiii which is a universal tracking site. Do you see info there?

Did you get a receipt when you dropped it off? The receipt showing the tracking number would be enough proof for CS that you shipped back the return.

Are you willing to post the tracking number here?

I got a receipt...but I can't find it...I figured "it was scanned", I'm good.

ETA: Except to say keep looking for that receipt! Check your wallet, the car and even the trash..

I can't pull tracking on that number, either. You checked there are no typos on that number?

Keep looking for the receipt.
