I purchased an item on Feb 8th and paid instantly. I have received no shipping or tracking information as of today. I have received no communications from seller. After today, I can file a claim and I understand the process involved. My issue is one of trust now. The seller and I entered in to a good faith agreement, and I, by paying immediately, fulfilled my contractual obligation. The seller, to this point, has not. I now have a severe lack of trust for the seller. I no longer trust that the item will come through (after the case is resolved) and I no longer want the item, frankly. I cannot be reassured that the unit is even working. Yes, the seller offers a refund, but the seller isn't following through to this point, so why should I think a return would end differently? Really, I would like to purchase a like unit from a different seller - even for a greater amount of money at this point. How can I put a stop to this auction and get my money back. I paid using a credit card through the eBay system, not through PayPal. I really just want to put the money back in play so I can use it. I couldn't care les about the sellers reputation or leaving feedback. I just want what's mine back.

The day after the ebay expected delivery date open an Item Not Received in the resolution center. The seller has so many days to respond. If they do not respond, escalate the case and ebay will force the refund. The buyer will then get a strike on their account, which they can only withstand a few to be lose their selling rights here.

You cannot customize the process to suit your preferences. Your only option is to file the "item not received" claim.
