i have order that item  ORDER NUMBER 11-04405-41984  and i did wait more and more days but didn.t sent  ( didn.t shipp ) the item Seller and i writte to refund and i did resolve return only because i haven.t any other option , please what can i do for that !!!!

It appears that you opened a case to return an, an item that you never received. How do you plan to do that? I would tell you to call ebay and to ask that the case be changed to an "Item not Received" case. However, since your in Albania. .. Try reaching ebay through Facebook or Twitter.
