This item arrived damaged (dented), missing one of the stainless cups, and DID NOT WORK! There was a leak found in one of the refrigerant lines. I went ahead and got it fixed at a licensed repair shop and have submitted the bill to the seller, who DID OFFER TO HELP. I've received no response from seller. I kept the item I would just like a refund of $111.15 for the repair! Invoice attached.

Doing any work on the item voids the money back ebay policy.  Not much you can do now.  Should have taken the part refund offered.   The way it would have had to be handled is you would have returned it to the seller. They would have had to pay the return shipping.  You can't alter an item, has to be returned in as arrived condition. Sorry I don't have better news.

The seller was able to decline the request because it was past 30 days from delivery when you opened it

Sorry, you never had a chance, as you started the return request more than 30 days after actual delivery.

And once you repair the item, it's yours. You should have taken the partial refund, no return needed.
