Buyer requesting return/ refund

A buyer is requesting a refund for a perfume because it isn't sealed when my listing stated that I had just recieved it but I wasn't keen and there was 1 spray used. The picture was also the bottle of perfume on top of the box (so clearly not sealed). She clearly didn't look at ANY of the listing.

When I messaged her explaining all these facts she THEN decided to say that the whole perfume did not smell right and that it must have been up for sale "for god knows how long" (I have proof of my purchase from the 22.06.20)

Where do I stand in this matter?

Buyer requesting return/ refund

You need to accept item for return (if you want this item back) and issue a refund
Buyer is backed by eBays MBG if within 32 days of item received
Buyer can return for ANY reason
