Your information is a little cryptic and incomplete.
- Was the item delivered? If not, how is the seller able to claim the item is delivered when the tracking doesn't show it delivered?
- What do you want to do? Do you want to return an item, or do you want to file a claim that an item was not received?
- If you want to do a return, what is the return reason and what is the seller's return policy?
- If you received the item (even thought the tracking doesn't show delivery) what is the expected delivery date and what is the order date?
