Had this happen with another item, and I was able to return fine... now I can’t!

i bought a gba flash cart, the item diddnt work, damaged a gameboy advace to the point it doesnt even turn on, and ive installed the drivers/software to put the roms on... ive went to someone to have it flashed, they did it and it still doesnt work.
