I returned a large item to a seller due to it being defective. (It's a water park and upon inflation it has holes)
The seller sent a label with Signature Required.
And now the delivery status shows "Delivery Failed"
I think he refused to sign
What do I do? Any suggestions?
Thanks!

This is perfect: Sellers cannot avoid a refund by preventing a return delivery. Send a private message with you name, email, and zip code at Facebook or Twitter and ask eBay to look at the return tracking.

Is Facebook or tweeter the best way to contact ebay? I tried to email Ebay and that option is no longer there.

It simply means recipient wasn’t available for delivery. A notice was left to reschedule delivery.

One-third of the Internet population choose not to social media. But rather than use its own website, where eBay knows who you are because YOU'RE ALREADY SIGNED IN and they have full control, eBay chose to go outside of eBay, where you are spammed and can be hacked, to provide customer support via social media.
But indeed, you will get customer support from eBay through Facebook or Twitter. And you're just signing up solely for that, and not for social media.
1. Provide an assumed name, your least-used email, and a birth date.
2. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, and create a password.
3. Skip the rest of the signup, open a new tab, and send your private message.
