Scammed on combined shipping

Bought 3 items and confirmed seller would combine shipping, so I held out paying until I got warned by ebay.  The seller is avoiding me up until this point.  I made payment which was $13 shipping on each of the 3 items.  Low and behold shipper respobds, says she'll ask eBay for help on refund of some shipping.  I wound up with one tracking number for 3 items in one box but paid 3 separate shipping fees!!! Still no reply from seller and items arrive tomorrow.  Can I file a complaint on seller or go suck rocks??  Thanks sir your thoughts and advice.

You can file an item not as described for each item and get all your money back.  Or keep them and leave stars to reflect the mistake.  Or just take it and have the items.

I wouldn't be surprised by receiving only a dollar or two partial shipping overpayment.

Have some patience & certainly await delivery of the items, before contacting the seller again

So what you are saying is that the seller filed a UID against you for not paying so you paid and the seller shipped and you received the items purchased.  Is that correct?  Did the seller offer combined shipping in the listings?
