The time to see if there's water in the pool is before you jump and not after. Link?

"Those who enter the arena unarmed or unprepared are quickly dispatched."

You shouldn't have bought it if you were unsure if you'd be satisfied with it. You can either try cancelling it; if the seller doesn't cancel, you can always receive the item and file a SNAD if it isn't described correctly.

I actually checked a million times in the discription title and specs of the item everything was totally normal no only box and that staff but should i be sure that just becuase it not in the description it will not be in the real thing ?

You already bought it.  You can ask the seller to cancel it, but he isn't required to do so.

You need to read the Money Back Guarantee for buyers, seen in every listing.

It explains clearly what to do if/when the item you receive is not as described.

You are well protected by the MBG if you will read it, understand it and use it in a timely manner.

I'm not clear what you mean ... but ...

  • A buyer cannot use a SNAD return reason simply because the seller does not cancel.  That is buyer abuse, and it is prohibited on eBay.
  • However, if you mean that IF the buyer is indeed being scammed and delivered a product not in the listing, then a SNAD return is proper.

It's your call really. If you're worried, try cancelling.
