Improper loading of tracking numbers

Is anyone else having trouble with there tracking numbers giving you misinformation after you take your shipping packages to the post office. How can I create a new shipping label after the post office has had the package 3 hours after the post office recieved it.  Really that doesn't look good to my customers. How do I get eBay to look into this.

The "shipping label created" are in UTC. That's always been; it's not new.
