STOP automatically approving returns eBay!!

This is ridiculous!! Stop automatically approving ALL returns and sending the buyer a shipping label on my dime before any communication with the buyer. I work out 99% of my returns and you no longer even give me the opportunity to communicate with the buyer. This is is UNACCEPTAB LE!!!

I would get rid of that Free Return or it will suck you dry.   eBay thinks Free Returns is a good idea because they have been drunk sipping on the Fed fueled punch bowl for 10 years.    eBay hasn't grasped the fact, eBay sellers weren't invited to that party & we can't afford to pay for others mistakes.

They did it to me and i didn't have free returns, i had buyer pays, and it was a buyers remorse case.  Did the case automatic.  That was so unfair.

Because you have 30-day returns, buyer pays return shipping, that means you agreed to accept remorse returns for any reason. You've nothing to discuss since your buyer did select a buyer's remorse reason and would buy a return label.

For any and all reasons, you accept that type of return. There's no cause for delay. So eBay automatically accepted the return for you.

I agree. eBay are thugs! Only need 1 dodgy buyer when selling iPhones and bam eBay shove it right up the seller. I even tried to appeal and they declined without even discussing it with me. eBay are horrible at the moment.

Since being ripped off by eBay I've decided to post 4 negative coments on 4 differnent forums to cover my costs and I will do this each time they rip me off.
