IS ANYONE HAVING SHIPPING PROBLEMS WITH USPS..2 OF MY ODERS ARE OVER 10 DAYS N THEY STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED THEIR ITEMS. TRACKING HASNT BEEN UPDATED IN A WEEK AND i HAD TO REFUND 1 CAUSE THIS CUSTOMER WAS **bleep**..

Many of us have had delays and problems with delivery due to so many different issues since Thanksgiving. You need to decide if the issues inherent with shipping right now is worth the possible problems you may incur. Some have decided to put their items on vacation, yet others have waded through. A choice, as a seller, you must determine for yourself.

Yes. Everybody is having troubles. Weather, COVID, etc... Ask buyer to open "item not received case". Then after 2-3 days ask ebay to put case on hold for 10 days. That will usually buy you enough time. If it starts scanning the last day or two ask them to put it on hold again.
Their post office is failing too. We are all in this together.

The problem is Covid/weather has become the excuse for poor service from USPS. I have an item that hasn't been scanned in ten days and was supposed to be delivered a week ago. The OP isn't alone. If enough people get mad maybe they'll push Dejoy out in the street where he belongs

Absolutely a problem! I have become the USPS worst nightmare since I tend to open research cases 2-3 days after expected delivery dates. Surprisingly that will sometimes kick movement into gear. Today I opened another case on a Priority 2 day package that's a week overdue, no updates. Unfortunately this time I get a call from (unknown number) from a postal employee totally berating me and calling me inconsiderate to all their "essential" workers" who are "limited" due to Covid, weather, holiday rush, (pick your excuse)...... Seriously?! I'm caught in the middle here too. The USPS has had severe delivery problems long before Covid hit. Enough already!
