Same here. Tried all three (Chrome, FF, IE), called customer support. No answers and no solution.

If you print a label directly through PayPal you can kiss your shipping discount goodbye.

Still was not printing this morning. Would not print out of IE 11 or Edge.
I was able to reprint the label and it worked by going to Seller Hub --> Orders --> Shipping Labels and that brings up your Manage Shipping Labels window. I was able to succesfully re-print the USPS label from there.
I have added the pb.com to the Compatability View Settings as suggested and will try IE 11 once again with the next order.

I have Micosoft Edge & labels are NOT printing for me. I'm having to go other routes to get them to print... save as PDF or screenshots. Regardless, it's much more time consuming to get those packages out!

It is frustrating for sure, this issue started for me on June 15th and I'm waiting for refunds for 7 labels myself. I went to the post office the first day but yesterday decided to try using the browser EDGE and that worked fine for me. Now, I've seen the technical posting from eBay telling us all it is a Microsoft IE issue because of a new patch they released and most people's systems downloaded automatically. They are working on a fix for the patch bug at eBay and will issue refunds for the labels which will take a few weeks they say. My issue with what eBay has posted is they say this issue began on June 16th, which is not correct, it began on June 15th for many of us so I hope they issue refunds back to June 15th which is where the bulk of mine are from. In the meantime, I will continue to use the EDGE browser and many folks are going directly into PayPal and printing the label from there. If you have Windows 10 you have Edge, if you don't try going to PayPal. Hope this helps you and takes some of the frustration away for you. Have a better day today!

Nothing has changed this morning. Labels won't print like normal. It works if I do this:

If you print on a PUBLIC COMPUTER as I do, then I am SOL! I can bypass and print a label from PayPal but I lose my eBay discount. I cannot change the browser the way you people want me to. PLEASE take the "we know about the issue" blurb off the label frame and put back the "Open Window Label" button so I can print properly! The frame prints too small otherwise. THANK YOU in advance. Sigh.

after printing several labels with the new printing format the last label printed just a few minutes ago reverted back to the old style printing format ..(larger label than new concept) LOL

Seems like everyone is having different experiences. I too am frustrated that it does not work as seemlessly as before, but here is what has worked for me. I was using Windows 10 with MS Edge browser with no issues. Now....
MS Edge: Label viewer comes up following purchase. When I selct the blue button to print the label (this previously launched my print options), it does nothing. I have 2 workarounds with Edge: I can right click in the label window and save as a pdf to the desktop or another folder. Then I can open the pdf, scale it to a custom size and print it. Alternately, I can select the MS Edge options in the upper right and then select View in Internet Explorer. It will then launch the label which can be custom scaled and printed. Extra steps and PITA, but doable.
Chrome: Label viewer comes up following purchase. When I selct the blue button to print the label, it launches the print menu but does not allow for any custom scaling. So it only prints a full sized label, which is not optimal for smaller packages.
Firefox: Same as Chrome...Label viewer comes up following purchase. When I selct the blue button to print the label, it launches the print menu but does not allow for any custom scaling. So it only prints a full sized label, which is not optimal for smaller packages.
I have seen some posts where people say it works fine with Edge. My experience is that it still works, but works differently. So I think it is safe to say that there is no standard answer for this. Everyone is going to have different experiences depending on your Operating System, your browser, your printer and related print drivers, whether you automatically install MS updates etc.

Thanks for the detailed information, @brianr64. We are planning on making an update to improve the process, we will communicate when that update goes live.
