SCAN forms

We are having trouble with our SCAN forms they are not coming up to generate any longer after we print our labels, it will not generate is anyone having this problem or anyone have a fix to this. Have contacted Ebay and they just don't seem to understand the problem.

We are having this problem. 5 days now. We were told possibly 72 more hours for a fix.

Same issue. No scan form 5 days now

Mine will bring up top half of the form, but won't bring up the barcode or my print dialog box.  I can't do anything with it.  Then that locks up all of my labels.  I thought it was my Mac update that messed it up.  Any update?
