Global Shipping Program

I wnt to talk about the Global Shipping Program that ebay impose for shipping outside USA

It's not reliable very expensive, so ebay can charge more fees and the tracking shows more than 3 numbers that are all incorrect

Don't ask why Amazon is much better with free and fast shipping

Global Shipping Program

eBay does not "impose" Global shipping.

There are a few options for shipping internationally.

Global Shipping is great for US sellers. The seller only has to ship to GSP then GSP takes over.

Also ALL custom fees are included so the buyer pays everything up front instead of paying the fees once it reaches them.

No shipping is ever free. It is paid for one way or another.

Global Shipping Program

eBay does not impose or require sellers to participate in GSP; many do not, and ship out of country directly. You just need to look a bit harder to find those sellers,

Global Shipping Program

eBay did not impose GSP on me.

I have been using GSP for all international orders for some time and everything about this programme is positive.

No claims for lost in transit from GSP handling facility to final customer.(INR Cases)

No claims for broken or missing items from GSP handling facility to final customer.

No more than one question from buyers "Where is my item" as you direct buyer to eBay/ GSP.

No filling out customs declarations.

No finding HS codes for items.

No hassle at all.

Only couriered package ( Cost 5 times plus more than post) use one reference number through out it's journey commonly called AWB and package remains within that particular couriers network.

Surprised that you do not understand why there are 3 tracking numbers.

Three stages/ services provided by 3 different organisations.

1: Domestic tracking is provided by seller when he dispatches to GSP.

2: Tracking from GSP facility to overseas partners facility.

3: Final delivery country's postal service providers tracking to buyers address.

A buyer thinking price he is charged is too much and seller finding a cheaper shipper may result in opposite to all that is stated above and I as seller would have no sympathy for seller who did chose to ship outside of GSP.

Last week it took 4 days for a package to go from us to buyer in Canada.

Excellent service provided by exceptional eBay's GSP (Global shipping Programme).
