Returns

I have been asked to except a return because Shoes don't fit. I listed no returns on the item.  Do I have to honor the return.  If I have to honor the return she paid the original shipping cost , do I have to refund the shipping cost or just amount for the item.

Re: Returns

While accepting a return when you clearly state "no returns accepted" is inconvenient, at least your buyer was honest about the return reason. As I primarily sell shoes, I have the occasional buyer who claims that even though the shoes are the size advertised in listing but they don't fit so they must be defective. Having these fake "not as described" claims has been rampant on eBay nowadays.
