I just washed the blouse I bought from you for the first time, and the red is bleeding through to the white part of the blouse. It turned the white pink. I washed it in cold water and woolite by hand. I don't know what to do, but this is not acceptable to me that this should happen.I paid a lot of money for the blouse, and I feel I should get some kind of refund.

"The blouse was fine in the closet. It did not bleed in the closet. It only bled when I washed it yesterday. The red ran all over the floor and the tub where I hung it to dry. It is not that bad on the blouse, but there is still pink on it. Can I exchange it for another blouse instead of a refund? I am hoping my sister doesn't have the same problem with her blouse. I mentioned it to my sister already. She is living on an island, plus she is lazy. She will send it to the cleaners in about 3 months when she returns to New York, so I can't count on her. I will take a refund when you get it, and then buy another blouse maybe in the blue, although I like the red better. Don't worry, I would rather have a refund sent to my paypal address. Thank you. C.
When you do receive the blouse, please refund me the full price plus postage. I think you should pay for the postage, as the blouse is defective, and I just paid for postage to return it. I plan on buying another blouse when I receive the refund but probably in a different color, as you say you do not have it in red. Do you have any idea when you will have a red one? Stop communicating with this buyer now.
To return ANY item a buyer needs to open a return case from within ebay, unfortunately due to the 30-day time limit this is no longer possible. After one year your buyer is outside of the returns time frame and has no further recourse. If the buyer sends back the item outside of ebay that is too bad because after one year you owe your buyer nothing. If the blouse does in fact arrive you may dispose of it as you see fit (for example, donating or re-selling may be considered a form of disposal.)
I would probably add this buyer to the blocked bidder list as well.
With our language limitations I hope I have made myself clear.

The second blouse does not look like the first blouse. However, that may not help you with Ebay.
First thing to do is to block this buyer to make sure she does not purchase anything else from you.
When you get the blouse she sent back and it is indeed not the one you sent her, you can report her to Ebay for abusing MBG and returning a different item. You will probably have to refund her though, but I would not give her any more money for shipping (i.e. for returning).
Others will probably chime in with more tips.

She doesnt fill a return form . In fact she does't want to return the item delivered on 23 June to her or her sister as she claimed. She wants to return an item which she says that is bought from me 1 year ago . But she never bought anything else from me beside the blouse bought on 28 May .
I do not put too much trust in PayPal as I read ugly stories about their action but I 'll contact any other institution ( attorney , police and so on ) for fraud .
I need any help possible . Thank you !!!

IMHO, there would be no refund after one (1) year - nope, no way, no how. I do not know of or is aware of any retail establishment that will allow a return for a refund especially since it is not in the same condition as it was sent. I remember Nordstrom's had a ridiculous policy and Costco, but most will not after a year. What if you do not have an additional identical blouse? She will do it again if you cave into her request.
I would block the buyer, inform her that there will no refund whatsoever, and report her for abuse of the MBG. Her request is crazy and I don't even think PP or her CC company would agree to a refund.
The above posted is my opinion and mine alone, but no refund. She (or he) needs to find a retail store and/or another Seller to appease her request. Wishing you luck!
p.s. I would also not pay to have it returned either - if she wants it back, she needs to pay for it. Have a good day!

I agree with the other poster. If you look at the two photos very carefully, these are not the same blouse. At first glance they look the same, but there are subtle differences. I wouldn't worry though about having to refund, too much time has passed.

Not only if she sent an item after 1 year as she claims but I can prove with my PayPal transactions that since 2014 till today I sold to her only the blouse and this is the blouse bought on May 2017 .
Reading all her message because I have a lot , I can read betwen the lines that she planned this in all details , to change an old used or defective apparel to a seller on ebay . She mentioned very often that she bought in the past from me . But she mentioned also that she was very happy with the first blouse ( which is on the way to me ) and this is the only reason that she wants to buy another one identical !
She received the second blouse on 23 June , more than 30 days ago .
The first blouse was never purchased from me . Or if was , was prior June 2014 . Because untill June 2014 I checked all my paypal transactions .

Here we have 2 different cases :
1 . you never purchased a blouse from me / my store or whatsoever prior / beside the blouse bought on 28 . May 2017 . I checked all my PayPal transactions since 2014 until today . There is no other Pay Pal transaction with your name , mail address or shipping address and I 'll build my case on this PayPal report This Romanian blouse is produced by many other sellers and may be you don't remember from where you bought . But is 100 % sure that you never bought from me and I can prove that . But let's say that you bought from me prior to 28 May 2017 ,as you wrote very often in your messages , I quote you : I bought from you last year ...... " nobody in this world will offer warranty more than 1 year for a clothing . But you never purchased another blouse beside the blouse bought on May 28 2017 . I 'll prove that everywhere is needed with my PayPal report for the last 4 years .
2. You received the blouse bought from me on 28 May 2017 . The parcel was sent trackable , insured , it is shown delivered on usps website . You checked the blouse because you said that the blouse you received is sent as gift to your sister on a Spanish island . I guess that the blouse is ok as long passed more than 1 month since you received it . You checked it . Your sister checked it in that Spanish island .
But still I want to make you happy and accept returns on the blouse YOU BOUGHT FROM ME , the blouse bought on 28 May 2017 . You are not telling me the truth as you don't want to believe you sent a damaged blouse to me. I did buy it from you. They are the same exact blouses. You can't sell a damaged blouse. You may have to end up refunding the May 28 blouse, since she opened a SNAD return request. But there's no way eBay will require you to refund her for the other blouse, even if you did sell it to her. It's been over a year since it was purchased, regardless of where it was purchased. Here's what I would do:
Mark the one year ago blouse as return to sender, and refund the May 28 blouse when it's returned to you. Then block her seller ID.

I think you will be getting back the FIRST blouse she bought from somebody else.
Keep EVERY ebay messages she sent you, including the one with the picture that the buyer claims she never sent you. You may need the evidence to prove to ebay that's she's scamming you.

When did she open the return request? If it's been past 30 days then she loses her eBay money back guarantee I'm pretty sure.

She's past eBay's 30 day MBG, you should be able to refuse the refund. This is why I advised you to put her off until she could no longer leave FB. She can still open a Paypal return only on the one purchased on May 28th.

Also, you should be able to refuse the item even if she claims SNAD. In her previous message she stated it was the first shirt she returned, and now she has changed the story saying it is the one she ordered on the 28th. DENY THE RETURN. Can you call eBay? You should be able to call eBay and ask them to look at the correspondence between the two of you and they should close the return in your favor.
