I just washed the blouse I bought from you for the first time, and the red is bleeding through to the white part of the blouse. It turned the white pink. I washed it in cold water and woolite by hand. I don't know what to do, but this is not acceptable to me that this should happen.I paid a lot of money for the blouse, and I feel I should get some kind of refund.

"The blouse was fine in the closet. It did not bleed in the closet. It only bled when I washed it yesterday. The red ran all over the floor and the tub where I hung it to dry. It is not that bad on the blouse, but there is still pink on it. Can I exchange it for another blouse instead of a refund? I am hoping my sister doesn't have the same problem with her blouse. I mentioned it to my sister already. She is living on an island, plus she is lazy. She will send it to the cleaners in about 3 months when she returns to New York, so I can't count on her. I will take a refund when you get it, and then buy another blouse maybe in the blue, although I like the red better. Don't worry, I would rather have a refund sent to my paypal address. Thank you. C.
When you do receive the blouse, please refund me the full price plus postage. I think you should pay for the postage, as the blouse is defective, and I just paid for postage to return it. I plan on buying another blouse when I receive the refund but probably in a different color, as you say you do not have it in red. Do you have any idea when you will have a red one? Please let me know that you got this message, and please let me know when you receive the blouse. " .

Thank you for all of your help ! I really appreciated it . Hard to deal with so many ebay roules in a foreign language . I'll keep all the records with this case untill everything will end .
This fight was not about the money and not about my rate . Was about feeling abused and this we must not accept . The decency and honesty of a seller was abused by a buyer who planned each detail of his action . But when you lie too much ........

I really wouldn't worry about her threats of calling the police or getting lawyers involved, these are just idle threats. Does she really think anyone is going to take these threats seriously. Yes, I can see an entourage of police and lawyers getting onto a jet bound for Romania over an embroidered blouse.

@romanianblouse2015 One year, huh!?! The choice of course is yours but it sounds like they might have their blouses mixed up or they washed the garment incorrectly ... I would tell them that from a quality control standpoint your company will need to have ALL the blouses she is talking about returned to you at her cost so you can inspect them before making an informed decision. Let them know if you determine in any way shape or form that you or your business associates caused a quality issue you will make things right with them. But one year is an awlfully long time and who knows how that blouse was really washed, huh?!? You can bet it was NOT just once for the first time recently. It sounds like the Buyer messed up and is trying to find some way to get you to pay for their mistake ...

I had a buyer who tried to get me to fix the zipper on his leather jacket after about 9 months. Just repeated vague messages - the zipper broke. Um kay. Good luck with that return. Neither Ebay nor Paypal will back her on that one.

Stop communicating with this buyer now.
To return ANY item a buyer needs to open a return case from within ebay, unfortunately due to the 30-day time limit this is no longer possible. After one year your buyer is outside of the returns time frame and has no further recourse. If the buyer sends back the item outside of ebay that is too bad because after one year you owe your buyer nothing. If the blouse does in fact arrive you may dispose of it as you see fit (for example, donating or re-selling may be considered a form of disposal.)
I would probably add this buyer to the blocked bidder list as well.
With our language limitations I hope I have made myself clear.

I am not worry about if is true that she sent her 1 year old back to me . I 'll go in my vacation soon and I can ask to post to have my packages kept /held for 2 weeks more in post office waiting my return . Or I just ignore the notice from the post which will inform me tha I received an international package and the package will be returned to sender after 10 days of waiting in my local post .On her returning cost too .
Or if she will make further troubles to me I just go to pick it from the post and in the presence of all those people who will whitnes ( 2 postal clerk , 2 custom officers ) I 'll film the package , the addresses on it , I 'll open it and film the product she sent . I 'll have a proof for mail fraud complaint : she asked a return for a item bought from me on 28 May 2017 and sent instead for replacement a different old and used blouse .
