I had received a few of these ridiculous excuses as well. All I would
say if you had to reply is “we can make a trade. I will send you the
dress and you give me 29.99”.
Which is another reason why the people who run ebay are clueless. If i
accept returns and process it the right way, I get my FVF back and ebay
gets NOTHING on the sale. I assume its the same thinking that buyers
make this site.
