I didn't realize I was supposed to respond to the return to recieve it. I **bleep** returned a defective item and the seller closed the case they day before today. I thought the email said i shouldn't respond until i recieved my payment so i didnt. I still haven't been paid and I haven't gotten my return and the case was closed by the seller. they are once again selling the broken item on ebay labeled as "100% functional" which is horse**bleep**. will i get my return or not? im so **bleep** about this. only 7 **bleep** days to respond before they can just keep your money. that is ridiculous

Did you upload the tracking number to the return? If you were issued a return label then it should have been uploaded for you. But if you used your own label, you were instructed to upload tracking and ship the item back within 5 days. Once item is delivered to the seller, they have 6 business days to issue the refund.....and eBay reminds you to ask them to step in if the seller has t issued a refund in 6 business days.

If you have a return tracking number that shows as returned to your seller & you paid via Paypal, then open a Not as Described dispute on Paypal and hope that you returned it to the correct zip code. Make sure to input that information when prompted. Beyond that your last recourse is a chargeback through your CC if that was your funding source.
