I send the parcel to the buyer but when it receives it says that  have him wrong hat. But i have proof that i have him right hat. Now its showing that i have to pay the return shipping label but my policy is that buyer pay for return. Someone have solution for that please tell me.

Your return policy that buyer pays is only for remorse returns such as 'just didn't like'.

 

If they report they got an item that's different than advertised known as item not as described then the seller is responsible for paying return shipping.

Buyer filed Not As Described case -

 

Your choices are - you pay to get the item back and then refund 100% OR you give the buyer a refund and dont get the hat back.

 

Buyer only pays IF it is a remorse return and wrong item sent is not.

Your proof doesnt matter. The buyer has the MBG and 99% of the time eBay sides with them/

 

With a -2 FB I dont think this is your biggest issue.

Not much you can do but wait until you get the item back. Once you get it and if it is a different item, you can report them to Ebay for abusing the MBG. Keep your communications between the buyer professional. There are some loopholes in the Ebay MBG that a small percentage of buyers will take advantage of.

Doesn't look like you're off to a very good start.

The solution is to pay return shipping if you want it returned before you refund.
