I listed a CD in "Very Good" condition. Someone bought it, and I shipped it out. After receiving it, the buyer messaged me saying he no longer wanted it before even opening the package. I answered back, agreeing to accept a return. He messaged me again, saying "never mind, I'll keep it." He then left me a positive review.
Almost a week later, the buyer messaged me again, requesting a return. He had opened the package and the item looked fine on first inspection. Then later he noticed a "stain" on the disc, although I could hardly see anything in the photo he attached. He hadn't even tested it out in his CD player.
Am I obligated to refund his money? At most, I'm willing to accept the return and pay him back minus the $2.80 I spent on shipping.

If he filed a not as described case, you have to refund everything and pay return shipping
