I sent an item by USPS media mail and included a tracking number. 6
weeks later, USPS says it's still "in transit." The buyer wants a
refund. If I grant the refund, will I get paid if and when the item does

buyer told me he never recieved it, even though the USPS website
confirms that it was delivered on July 5th. Assuming the item can not be
located, am I on the hook for a refund?
