Seller claimed an item I sold as INAD, even though I have sold a hundred of these not one return for INAD. It's a Christmas projector, and has pictures and discriptions from both myself and the manufacturer. They returned it not in original packaging just thrown in the original outer box, deffinatly used and put in box after Christmas for a return. Item was cosmetically damaged in shipping. Without the original packaging and looking used.
I have no returns if not broken. I wouldn't even mind refunding but they used and sent me something I can't sell. It says if I ask ebay I can't get fees back and could go againt me. What should I do?

Since you have a no returns policy then you are expected to refund in full.
Ebay has protections for when an item is returned in different condition but does not apply if the sellers returns are set to No returns.

Unfortunately you have no option other than to refund; its best to not get eBay involved.
As far as what to do for the future... I'd humbly suggest offering paid 30 day returns.
That way, if a buyer wants to return something to you -- say, because he changed his mind -- he will not be tempted to damage the item and claim it was INAD in order to get YOU to pay for return shipping. And as noted, if the item is damaged, you will be able to claim a "re-stocking fee" of up to 50%.
See this page for details. (Relevant section copied and pasted below.)
I switched over to 60 day paid returns some years ago and have gotten only one -- a remorse return, and the item was returned to me in perfect condition so I could re-sell it.

You should report the buyer.
Refund the buyer, because you have no choice.
Then add them to your blocked list.
No returns does not mean No Refunds.
Never ask eBay to step in - you will lose. Not only will the FVFs not be refunded but you will get a defect on your account.
