Resolved! Ebay won't let me choose the first class envelope option even after the seller paid for it.

Twice now I sold something which used the first class letter envelope shipping but when I went to buy the postage, that option wasn't available. Why is this happening?

eBay postage down??? Really?

Is it just weird that UPS, USPS, AND FEDEX are all experiencing issues for postage buying or is it more likely that EBAY is having an issue?? Seems suspect.
