Return label error

i have this problem " Sorry we're not able to process the label at this time, please try again later." when trying to print the return label. i have used email label to email via ebay app and still didn't work, also tried on 2 different computer. you guys know any other way to print it out ? thank you

been 2 days already , same problem . tried on 3 different computer and laptop, firefox & chrome browser as well

Try disabling browser extentions, and do not use a VPN or proxy service.

It's not a real label: For example, a zero-length file. You'll have to contact eBay (Google "eBay number" or via social media) and have them try viewing the label.

It's not the same problem. You already got a refund @drive-infilm so no need to print a return label to return your return. It's yours to keep, donate, or trash.

Download and install the latest version of Acrobat Adobe Reader.  Now click the PRINT RETURN LABEL and you should be able to view it and print it out.

I had the same problem. Tried 2 different computers and 2 different browsers on each computer. Also cleared cache and cookies. I called eBay Customer Service, and they sent me a new link for another label. It wouldn't work either. Finally, after trying for 3 days, I had to return the item at my own expense! Did anyone ever find a fix for this issue? (BTW, my Adobe Acrobat Reader is up to date and works fine with other sites).

I'm having the same issue, I've tried every suggestion possible to fix this, but it can't be fixed! This is Ebay's scheming way of screwing buyers over so  buyers are stuck with defective items and no recourse, so that Ebay gets to KEEP their fees!
