I sold a jacket and the buyer wants to return it. EBay send me a message that the buyer would like to return the jacket. I accepted the return. Somehow (might be my mistake) eBay issue the buyer the money before I got the item. How do I know if he will send it or it's not damaged or anyrhing?
Any suggestions???
Thanks

Somehow I feel like the answer to your question lies here.
If you refunded before you got the item back then you are out of luck if the buyer doesn't return.

If it was that ski jacket, you had no returns.
Since you don't take returns, and excepted the refund, Ebay probably thought you didn't want the item back and sent the refund.

Sorry but this makes no sense.
The OP said they accepted the return.

It might not make sense, but I've seen it happen before.

Sadly it makes no real difference what the buyer sends back. You would be forced to refund anyway even if it is just dirty laundry in the box. I suspect Ebay was responsible for the fast refund. Never sell anything here you are not prepared to lose.
