I tried the options on an old thread and none worked.  What did work was to go to the e-bay contact us link:

You need to scroll to the very bottom left of the page and click on "call us."

 

I was helped very quickly and was told the reason for the problem was that I had signed in as "guest" when ordering, so sign into your account in the future.

She then e-mailed a label as an attachment.  

To print it was some steps.   From the download, open it in "Paint" to print.  It came out full size 8.5 x 11.  I redid the print options to 75% to get a more typical size.

Use chrome browser to open and print. it's the only time I use Chrome
