Where can I find how much I have to pay for the return shipping? I had a buyer to purchase 2 different style gowns from me all on the same order. I shipped all of them together it cost me $14.00 to ship them. Well they said they didn't fit so they sent back in 2 different boxes with 2 tracking #'s. I want to see what I paid twice to get them shipped back to me & I can't find it. Both boxes were plenty big to include them all together.

Go to payments section>all transactions
On the second pulldown menu, you see it says "all types" by default, change that to "shipping labels"
That filter shows all your shipping labels created which includes your outgoing labels. Under the description of each line item, the ones that say "Return shipping fee" are the ones you were charged to have the buyer send it back to you.

You might want to read this page:

In this type of situation it might have been better for you to supply your own return label instead of using an eBay issued label.
FYI - The charges for eBay's label will take a few days to show up, it probably won't happen until the return has been closed out.

Yea, glad to help but that stinks. Unfortunately ebay doesn't have anything set up for return postage for multiple items you combined and shipped out. Make sure to cover for these potential costs when figuring out your item pricing.

Thank you for this-- I never wouldve found it without your help. Why is this so insanely hidden?!
