Hi
I have received a returns request for a set of second hand headphones that the buyer has admitted worked perfectly for a month then stopped working.
I know they were fine and as the buyer has admitted they were fine for a month do I have to issue a refund?
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Since you have a no returns policy, your only hope of getting this closed in your favor is to get the buyer to admit that the headphones work just fine and that he just has buyers remorse. If you can get that in an eBay message, you can call eBay and maybe get it closed in your favor. But remember, Do NOT let the case timeout, Do NOT ask eBay to "Step In" (aka "Help you"), Do NOT trust anything an CS Rep tells you (they very often tell people what the want to hear to get them off the phone).

Worked 30 days ago, doesn't work now. Buyer can file for a return through PayPal, they will have to pick up the return costs.
