Getting back My returned Item

Hi

I live in Stockholm Sweden

I ordered à very expensive item through eBay. Unfortnately because of ramadhan the seller delayed shipping it. Therefore by the time it arrived in Sweden I was abroad. Now that I came back I contacted the Swedish post Office they confirmed that they sent it back but the seller deny to receive it and complain that it is à long time ago(1.5 month ago)

The item cost à lot of money and I can not affird to Lise it 

Iam willing to pay snittet shipping costs

The post in Sweden adviced me to ask the seller to complain to the Brittish post.

Is there anything more I can do to get My post back?

First, don't go through ebay. Since your item was returned because you didn't pick it up, it will be marked ' refused.' Return mail is not the same grade of service it was sent to you, it would of been returned the cheapest slowest service available and in most cases, untraceable. File an INR through PayPal, no need to get into your story. You didn't receive it, because you were on vacation. In most cases, PayPal will make a refund minus the shipping charges. Best of luck.
