Has anyone else  who uses the eBay standard envelope have a problem with  the item coming back saying it needs more postage?  I have a scale i got from stamps.com. It weights the items close to the same as the post office. ( I checked with a item i sold  Mine scale 1.5 oz  Post Office scale 1.3 oz) I was wounder if anyone else has had this happen recently.

When did you send it?  There just was a postal rate increase.

What was the amount they are asking for? Could it be non-machinable surcharge like if they say it's not flexible enough?
