Purchase Shipping Label button not working....tried so many times!!

Whenever I clicked on Purchase Shipping Label this comes out:

I tried so many times with another version still same thing comes up. Please help!

Getting this as well while trying to buy postage. It's not your computer.

If you have the app it still works from there.

When you purchase the postage on the app it emails you the PDF file for the label.
